We carefully source, produce, and deliver our quality firewood logs and kindling, suitable for uses in woodstoves, boilers, open fires and barbeques. We 
offer both loose and netted firewood in a variety of volumes, conveniently delivered straight to your home! We can also supply bespoke firewood, e.g. single species, decorative and non-standard sized firewood.
Ideal For Many Uses
Because our logs are hardwood, it is ideal for a variety of different uses including wood burners, stoves and most importantly open fires. Unlike softwood it does not spit whilst burning ensuring that the safety associated with using it is greatly enhanced.
To ensure that our customers get the most out of their logs, it is crucial that they are well seasoned. Without this, the logs will not produce as much heat due to the fact that much of the energy created in the burning process will be consumed evaporating any water in the wood. Therefore badly seasoned wood makes poor firewood.
Reduced Carbon Footprint
Good quality dry timber helps prevent build up of tar and soot in chimneys and flues. By using inferior products, your firewood supplies will diminish rapidly and more of your valuable heat will be lost driving off moisture from damp logs.
Logs as a source of energy are environmentally friendly, using them results in virtually no ‘fossil’ carbon dioxide being added to our present environment and thus helps minimise the effects of climate change compared to using gas, oil or coal.
Firewood is a renewable resource and using it today will not prevent our children and grandchildren from using firewood in the future.
Seasoned logs are available to purchase all year round for use in wood burners and open fires. These are split to order and will be roughly 8-12 inches, if you require a specific size this can also be arranged. The costs are as follows:
- £80 – Half load
- £150 – Full Load
£10 – Minimum delivery charge, free within 5 miles of Oxted. Loose tipped by tipper truck. All other requirements to be discussed.
For best results we would recommend storing timber for approximately 6 – 12 months to further season before use.
